Terms of Service for Tattooeen application

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our mobile application, Tattooeen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

Bashawell s.r.o. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Account Creation and Security

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. If you choose to log in using Facebook authentication, you grant us permission to access and use your Facebook account information, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

5. Instagram API Usage

The App uses the Instagram API and by using our App, you are agreeing to be bound by Instagram's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangements thereof, is owned by Bashawell s.r.o. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bashawell s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction of Czech republic and European union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
